The Elan
To the left of the entry is a formal lounge complete with a gas fireplace and an entire wall of a custom built bookcase. This room will surely become the favourite area to escape on cold wet winter days and chat over a mug of hot chocolate, or relax with your favourite author.
On the right of the entry is a study. Fitted with built in cupboards and matching island desk this room will inspire the family student and distract the attention of business guests to even the most serious negotiations. French doors to the front elevation allow direct access outside and can be used to avoid disruption to the residence. Beside the study is a guest suite that is generous in size and specification where the guests will want to stay forever. Toward the rear another set of double doors separate the entry from the family areas.
