A short stroll from a pristine beach, this custom home is designed to enjoy the view and the relaxing sounds of the breaking surf. The architectural style is contemporary with an eclectic mix of materials. From the street frontage the seemingly flat vertical facade is broken with a limestone clad second level projection over the entry and a butterfly roof over the carport. The composite construction blends well and is a harmonising mix of; rendered masonry, coursed limestone , metal frames and sun screen; and washed aggregate concrete driveway. The side view is equally engaging. Although there is a large amount of glass, the form is broken into sections with strength from a central mass of curved masonry.
