This site presented a cross fall in the topography where the opportunity became to locate the garage and additional store rooms under the ground floor of the home. The style of the home is contemporary where varying heights and projecting rooms create visual interest. A combination of a monotone coloured facade of rendered masonry and dark flat profile roof tiles allows the architectural features to stand out.
