DESIGN SKETCH DRAWINGS
From the initial discussions you will have gained an understanding of our abilities. The next step is to meet with our designer and a member of our management - to take a design brief. In this meeting we will pose many questions that are intended to build a comprehensive understanding of your accommodation requirements, lifestyle needs, preferences for room layouts and building style against our knowledge of your land gained from a visit prior to the meeting. From this meeting we can prepare a budget estimate of your proposed custom home.
We will discuss the budget estimate with you in detail and when you are satisfied that we have captured your vision within your budget, we can proceed to formalising a Design Sketch Agreement. The Design Sketch Agreement and fees, authorise and pay for a contour survey of the proposed building site, the designer's fees and include Local Authority Planning fees that will be required to obtain Development Approval.
Within four to six weeks of the design brief meeting we will have prepared the sketch and reviewed it against your requirements with the intent to meet again to present the sketch and explain the concept.
