Grandwood Homes build houses to impress our clients. Occasionally our clients allow us to show their home to industry and the homes impress our peers.
During the history of Grandwood Homes there have been an impressive number of industry awards for construction excellence and a number of outright category winners, starting in 1996 with HIA Winner Home of the Year, 1998 MBA Winner Contract Homes $250-350,000, 1998 Winner MBA Display Homes above $250,000, 1999 MBA Winner Display Homes $300-400,000, 2005 Winner HIA Display Homes $500,001 & Over, 2007 HIA SW Custom Built Homes $750,001 & Over, 2008 HIA Custom Built Home of the Year, 2008 HIA National Home of the Year.
Whilst our efforts are not driven to win awards, the recognition by our peers for simply "what we do" as we endeavour to impress our clients, suggests that our clients are receiving earnest efforts that rank at the top of the industry.
